Office Assistant (Malayalee) in Haur-Fakkan
We are a growing company in Haur-Fakkan seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, forwarding messages to appropriate staff members
- Maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking when necessary
- File documents and organize paperwork in an efficient manner
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to complete special projects as assigned
- Keep track of office expenses and submit reports to management as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to multitask and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
