Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding, from initial consultations to the day of the event. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as catering, venue rental, decorations, and entertainment
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services on the day of the event
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes to their plans
- Oversee the setup and execution of the event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan
- Manage budgets and finances related to the wedding, including tracking expenses and ensuring payments are made on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Familiarity with local vendors and venues in Al-Rayyan is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English is required

This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities but proficiency in English is required.
