Concierge Specialist

As a Concierge Specialist in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Indian clientele. Your main duties will include handling guest inquiries, making reservations and recommendations, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. You should have a strong understanding of local attractions and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a contract position that requires no previous experience or accommodation, but it is essential that you have your own visa. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
