Industrial Engineer

A leading manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
- Identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Conduct time studies and develop standards for labor utilization.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.
- Monitor production performance and track key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Knowledge of lean principles and experience implementing them in a production setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with free visa, ticket, and accommodation. This position is open to Pakistani nationals currently residing in Abu Dhabi.
