Industrial Engineer

An established company in Lusail is seeking a talented and motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. You will also be involved in project management, developing new production methods, and implementing quality control measures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of improving production processes
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in CAD software is preferred
- Malayalee nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new production methods to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects
- Conduct time studies and establish standard work procedures
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications
- Use statistical analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Create production schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Train staff on new processes and equipment
- Continuously evaluate processes for further improvement opportunities
