Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Indian national, you will feel at home in our diverse and dynamic workplace. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, which includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.
As an Office Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the office staff. You will be responsible for managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining files and records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with any other office tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
