Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the logistics process, including transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Arrange transportation for shipments using various methods such as air, sea, or land
- Track and monitor shipment progress, providing updates to relevant parties
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with customs officials to ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Monitor shipment costs and negotiate rates with carriers to achieve cost savings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications and logistics software programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
