Industrial Engineer


As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving the production processes in our manufacturing facility located in Lusail. You will work closely with the production team to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient production processes
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Work with the production team to streamline operations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments as needed
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Conduct time studies to determine optimal production rates
- Collaborate with other engineers to optimize overall production flow
- Review and update standard operating procedures
- Train production staff on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
