Administrative Coordinator (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and possess a biometric passport.
As an Administrative Coordinator, your responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipment, organizing files and records, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should have strong time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
