Administrative Assistant
An established company in Dukhan is seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office and management team
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records
- Help with event planning and coordination
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Urdu or Malayalam is preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
