Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our hotel in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- Monitor and control budget for housekeeping department
- Conduct performance evaluations for housekeeping staff and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of effectively managing a team of housekeepers
- Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with high standards for cleanliness and hygiene

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al-Rayyan (Pakistani nationality preferred)
