Our company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays and ensuring that our products are properly stocked and displayed in retail stores. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching product displays in retail stores to attract customers
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and rotated on shelves
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop effective strategies for promoting products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor products
- Maintain relationships with store managers and sales staff to ensure proper product placement
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments to displays as needed
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, sales data, and promotional activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current market trends and competitor products
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
