Merchandiser (Malayalee) in Sharjah


We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser who is fluent in English and has experience in the retail industry. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and marketed effectively to attract customers and drive sales. This position is based in Sharjah, UAE and is open to Malayalee candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays that adhere to company standards and appeal to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales of specific products
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends, and use this information to make informed decisions on product placement and pricing
- Work closely with store managers to ensure that products are properly stocked, priced, and promoted
- Train new employees on merchandising techniques and company policies

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and product placement strategies
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
