Administrative Coordinator



The administrative coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks within our company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative roles and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and organizing documents
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of important documents and files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Conduct research and provide support for special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Dukhan, Qatar

Preference: Indian nationals preferred; open to all nationalities.
