Business Coach



As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to business owners and entrepreneurs in the Malayalee community in Al-Khor. You will use your extensive knowledge and experience in business management to help clients develop and implement effective strategies for growth and success.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to understand their current business challenges and goals
- Develop personalized coaching plans for each client based on their specific needs
- Provide guidance on business strategy, marketing, sales, operations, and other key areas of business management
- Support clients in setting achievable goals and creating actionable plans to reach them
- Monitor client progress and provide feedback to ensure they are on track towards their goals
- Offer resources, tools, and techniques to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve success
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market changes to provide relevant insights to clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam language skills preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching or related field
- Strong understanding of small business operations, marketing strategies, financial management, and other key areas of business management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of helping businesses achieve growth and success through coaching or consulting services

Salary: 1000$ per month (with accommodation)
