Job Title: Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Good organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. However, previous experience as an office assistant will be considered an asset.
