Merchandiser for Retail Store in Sharjah (Indian or Pakistani)


Our retail store in Sharjah is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in merchandising and a strong understanding of the Indian or Pakistani market.

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting, purchasing, and displaying products in our store to attract customers and drive sales. You will work closely with the buying team to understand customer preferences and market trends, and use this information to plan and execute effective merchandising strategies.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are always in stock. You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will monitor sales performance and make recommendations for adjustments to pricing or product placement as needed.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers. Attention to detail is key in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed accurately and attractively.

This position does not require fluency in English but basic communication skills are preferred. We also welcome candidates without prior experience as we provide on-the-job training. However, we do require candidates to have the legal right to work in Sharjah.

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus sales bonuses. Accommodation is not provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing options.
