Office Assistant in Sharjah, UAE
We are hiring a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will include managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have strong attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1400/month
