Merchandising Coordinator
A well-established retail company in Sharjah is seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandising Coordinator to join our team. As the Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product merchandising, from planning to execution. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Plan and execute product merchandising strategies
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create attractive displays that drive sales
- Maintain accurate records of all merchandise, including pricing and sales data
- Regularly analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
