Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the transportation and distribution of goods in and out of our company's facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate rates with carriers and manage transportation costs
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records of all shipments
- Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading of goods
- Resolve any issues or delays in transportation or delivery
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain management software (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Hindi (Indian national preferred)
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation
