Administrative Manager
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee and manage all administrative tasks and operations in our company located in Al-Wakra. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and data entry clerks
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Manage employee schedules and allocate resources effectively for maximum efficiency
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve any administrative problems or complaints in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
1300$ per month
