Merchandiser (Sharjah, UAE)

We are currently hiring a Merchandiser for our company in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team to develop merchandising plans that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising strategies to promote products and increase sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand market trends and consumer behavior
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing items
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product positioning or packaging
- Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing and promotional opportunities
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments to merchandising plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one
- Indian nationality preferred

This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1100$ per month.
