Junior Merchandiser - Dubai (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a well-established retail company in Dubai, looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Merchandiser in planning and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability and minimize loss. This is an ideal role for someone with a passion for retail and an interest in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Merchandiser in creating and executing seasonal buying plans
- Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for future buying decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure product availability and optimize store layouts
- Conduct regular store visits to gather customer feedback and analyze competitor's products

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred due to cultural understanding of target market
- No prior experience required, but experience in retail or merchandising is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
