We are hiring a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing inventory and supplies, as well as creating and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for training new staff members, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services. A background in hospitality or a related field is preferred. Salary is $1700 per month. This position is located in Al-Rayyan and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
