Administrative Assistant (Office Assistant)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office staff, managing schedules, organizing paperwork, and handling external communications. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office setting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals with no English language requirement as long as they possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to office staff
- Managing schedules and calendars for meetings and appointments
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients or external parties
- Organizing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handling external communications on behalf of the company
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an office setting or as an administrative assistant
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
