Concierge
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors of our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. Your duties will include assisting with check-in and check-out processes, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, handling guest inquiries and requests, managing luggage storage, coordinating transportation services, and ensuring a pleasant stay for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to speak Malayalam fluently. This is a contract position with no previous experience required. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
