Office Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or forward calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep office area clean and organized
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Nationality: Pakistani preferred
Language Requirement: English fluency required; knowledge of Urdu/Hindi is a plus
Experience Required: Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
