Farmer Supervisor

We are hiring a Farmer Supervisor to lead and oversee our farming operations in Abu-Dhabi. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of farmers and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in farming, preferably in crop cultivation or animal husbandry. You must also possess excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily farming activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and pest control.
- Monitor crop and livestock health and provide necessary care.
- Train and assign tasks to farm workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of production, expenses, and inventory.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving productivity and profitability.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation or animal husbandry techniques.
- Good physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred).
