Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an administrative assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing phones and emails, organizing meetings and appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage emails and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Coordinate with other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Salary: 1200$ per month
