We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager for our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations, including training and supervising staff, creating schedules, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
