Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAE (Malayalee candidates preferred)


We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and promoting products and services to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and creativity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with the company's goals
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines
- Create attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing way
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are stocked appropriately
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Participate in the development of marketing campaigns to promote products

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a merchandising role required
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is an advantage)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for product display design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
