Office Assistant - Part Time (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates)


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position is ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible working hours. As an Indian national, you will have a preference for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office space

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-25 hours per week)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary: 1000$ monthly
