A leading retail company in Bani Yas City is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers. Your main duties will include setting up displays, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in merchandising and possess excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays to showcase our products
- Ensure all shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any stock shortages or excesses
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product placement meets sales targets
- Set up promotional displays and ensure they are properly signed and priced
- Keep track of customer feedback and adjust displays accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures to prevent damage or theft of merchandise
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English fluency required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer preferences
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed
