As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses to help them reach their goals and improve their performance. Your duties will include conducting assessments, creating personalized action plans, and providing training and resources. You will also track progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in business management or coaching, and the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.
