Wedding Planner - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for creating beautiful and memorable weddings for clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in event planning, strong organizational skills, and a creative eye for design.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Create detailed plans and timelines for the wedding day
- Source and coordinate with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage client expectations and handle any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Stay updated on current wedding trends and provide creative ideas to enhance the overall experience for clients
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective services
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or wedding coordination
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at once
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Rayyan, Qatar
- Valid passport with free visa and ticket provided by company
