We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a housekeeping team and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for training and supervising housekeeping staff, developing and implementing cleaning procedures, maintaining inventory of supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. You will also assist with budgeting and scheduling, as well as handle guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of hospitality industry standards.
