We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our company by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Coordinate schedules and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1400$ per month
This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Qatar.
