Location: Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. This is an entry-level position, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience. Female candidates and individuals of Indian nationality are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Schedule meetings and appointments for various departments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Provide general support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required
