Administrator - Lusail, Qatar
We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks with ease. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure that necessary materials are always in stock
- Maintain accurate records of important documents and files
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Help organize company events and meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalam language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
