Manage and oversee the daily operations of a hotel in Doha, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, maintain a positive working environment for staff, and increase revenue through effective marketing and sales initiatives. Monitor budget and financial performance, making adjustments as needed. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide exceptional service to guests. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. Must have prior experience in hotel management and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages preferred. This position is open to Indian or African candidates with a biometric passport. Part-time work may be available with accommodations provided if needed.
