Job Title: Hotel Manager - Doha



We are seeking a competent and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of success in managing a hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for all nationalities. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. No prior experience is required as we provide on-the-job training for successful candidates.
