Job Title: Merchandiser - Dubai (Malayalee candidates preferred)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. This position is open to Malayalee candidates who have experience in merchandising.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans in line with company objectives and customer preferences
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms for products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement, inventory levels, and visual displays
- Train and mentor junior team members on merchandising techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus)
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel for store visits within Dubai

Salary:
1600$ per month

Location:
Dubai (candidates residing in Dubai will be given preference)
