Merchandising Specialist
As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to determine product placement and display strategies
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products in an appealing way
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are restocked as needed
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Utilize sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to create in-store promotions and events
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Biometric passport is preferred
Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation provided.
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
