Housekeeping Manager



As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Your main role will be to ensure that our guests have a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment to enjoy during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists for all areas of the hotel
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services
- Monitor budget and expenses related to the housekeeping department

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1100$
Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (preference for Indian candidates)
