Administrative Director
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, communications, and record keeping.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets and expenses for office supplies, equipment, and staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and operations.
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff to ensure high levels of productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, clients, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to administration.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Handle any other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Superior communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
-Nationality preference for Indian candidates but open to all nationalities who meet the qualifications.
