Administrative Assistant for International Company in Al-Khor, Egypt
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our international company in Al-Khor, Egypt. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents and reports, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, filing systems, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Khor, Egypt (with free visa and ticket)
