As an Administrator in our company, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations and management of our office in Al-Khor. Your main duties will include maintaining office supplies, managing schedules and appointments, and handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments and external vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You must also possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software is required.

This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month and is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are English-speaking.
