Art Director

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall visual direction and creative output of our company's projects. Your main role will be to oversee the design and production process, ensuring that all artwork and materials are of high quality and align with the company's brand image. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, brainstorm ideas, and provide artistic guidance. In addition, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to create visually appealing and effective designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing projects from concept to completion. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$ per month, based in Ar-Ruwais with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a creative team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience working with diverse clients and understanding their needs
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques
- Understanding of branding principles
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

- Communicate project progress and any challenges to the team and clients
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive visual identity for the company
