As an experienced Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations in Al-Rayyan. Your duties will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality guest service, and maintaining a profitable business. You will also need to handle budgeting, marketing, and sales efforts to drive revenue and maintain a positive reputation for the hotel. Excellent leadership skills are a must as you will be managing a diverse team of employees from various backgrounds and nationalities. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and address any concerns or issues they may have. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is required, preferably in a managerial role. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability. The salary for this role is 1700$, without accommodation provided. Fluent English speaking is preferred for this position as the majority of guests are English speakers.
