Immigration Attorney
As an Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients seeking immigration services. Your main duties will include preparing and submitting applications for visas, green cards, and citizenship, as well as representing clients in court hearings and appeals. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on immigration laws and regulations, maintaining client confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Fluency in English and knowledge of biometric passport requirements is preferred.
